• The offer for sale of products through this Internet site, www.bwevents.co.in/ee/bw-applause-awards/, is restricted to bonafide credit / debit card holders, who have a Card which is valid and effective at the time of placing the order and who have Net Banking facility.
• At the time of purchase, the customer shall provide a valid email address, and this email address shall be the email address BW Businessworld will correspond with.
• The Order details should be completed by filling the particulars called for BW Businessworld shall have the discretion to reject any incomplete order.
• The Purchase Order shall be effective when submitted and the person sending the Order shall not be entitled to cancel the order once sent and claim refund of the amount authorized for payment under the Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
• The Person placing order shall not at any time issue instruction to any person or any bank for stopping the process for payment under the Card / Net Banking not withstanding any claim or dispute in regard to the order placed. • The Order placed shall stand rejected if the banks dealing with the Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking transaction reject the authorization of payment for any reason whatsoever.
• Acceptance of orders will be subject to availability.
• The person placing the order acknowledge and accept that on the order being placed, BW Businessworld shall have an irrevocable and unconditional right to process payment for the value of the purchase through the notified credit card/debit card/net banking. In the event BW Businessworld refuses any order BW Businessworld shall not process the payment under the credit card/debit card/net banking and in the event any actual payment is received, BW Businessworld shall return the amount to the bonafidecard holder/ac holder at the address of the customer through cheque/ bank draft or if possible refund back to the credit card/debit card/net banking.
• The copies shall be delivered at the place notified in the Purchase Order, subject to the payment being authorized by the Credit card/Debit card agencies/our bankers, in locations within India.
• The copies will usually be delivered at the place of delivery at any time between 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. by a courier/post nominated by BW Businessworld for the purpose. The Card Holder agrees to produce the identification as the courier/post may require for verification and shall acknowledge the receipt of the Products.
• In locations within India, not directly serviced by Courier service agencies, the delivery shall be by means of registered post of Indian Postal service. The delivery time in such cases shall be as per the time taken by the postal service.
• In case of refusal on the part of the Customer to take delivery of the Products or to produce the satisfactory identification document, the person placing order shall be liable to compensate BW Businessworld and the courier /post for the loss caused including the cost and expense incurred in arranging for the copies to be supplied.
• The privacy of contract shall be between the person placing order and BW Businessworld and he shall not hold any intermediary service provider or the banks for any claim or dispute which he has in regard to the products, their quality, specification, quantity, the terms or conditions of delivery or any other similar issues.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BW Businessworld liability shall be restricted to any direct or actual loss to the Customer. BW Businessworld shall not be liable for not receiving the copies by providing us incorrect postal address or other details. BW Businessworld will not be liable for the theft occurred at the customer’s premise.
