Entry Guidelines
- The submission of the Entry form assumes that you have carefully read the ENBA 2011 Rules and Regulations and have agreed to abide by them.
- There are no online submissions of entries. All entrants will need to download the ENBA 2011 Entry form (PDF) and duly fill it before they send in their entries.
- Entry form is to be accompanied by 2 copies of DVDs, a short backgrounder note for each entry and the entry fee.
- Entries are invited in English and all Indian languages.
- All non-English entries to be sent along with transcripts. Entries without transcripts will be disqualified.
- Please be careful while filling out the Entry form as any incorrect and incomplete submission will work against your entry at the time of judging. Also please be sure to provide absolutely clear and correct information in the forms, as the same would be used in our edit pieces, on the trophies and in any sort of promotions.
- Each entry must be certified by the Editor-in-Chief/CEO/Authorized Signatory. The backgrounder note submitted along with the form should also bear the company seal.
- Entrants can submit unlimited entries in all categories. But a separate entry fee will be charged for every entry.
- All forms must be filled in English
- To be eligible for ENBA, the entry should have aired between 0000 hrs, April 1, 2010 and 1159 hrs, March 31, 2011.
- The entry may be submitted by an individual or an organization.
- Please provide a clear recent photograph (high resolution) of the entrant for each submission in the Personality Awards category.
- Please provide a high resolution EPS/PDF file of the company logo.
- Each entry must consist of at least two distinct reports, totaling no more than 5 minutes. Entrants are encouraged to submit one short form report no more than 90 seconds and one long form no longer than 3 minutes. The entry may be part of a longer television newscast, but the entry itself is limited to a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Entries should be sent on DVDs only. No beta tapes or DV tapes will be accepted. We need 2 copies of the same DVD.
- Each entry should be on a separate DVD.
- Each DVD must be clearly labeled with the Category Name and Number and Name of the Individual, and the Contact Name and Mobile Number of the person to be contacted (in block letters), in case of a technical hitch.
- All entries must be submitted by 5 pm July 30th 2011.
- Please make your submission concise but provide enough relevant background information to enable the judges to make an informed choice.
- From the selected shortlist under each category, judges will select a Gold winner for every category.
- The Judges' decision will be final. In the event of a conflict of interest, the concerned judge will abstain from judging the category
- At no stage of judging will anybody from exchange4media express their opinion
- Entries will not be returned to the sender.
- Every care will be taken of the material submitted but the organizer will accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
