Adam moved to Asia to help launch Outdoor Specialist Kinetic Worldwide in early 2005. By 2007 Adam was Client Service Director working across all GroupM Agencies.In 2008 Adam moved to Shanghai China just in time for the Kinetic China launch to take up a new position of Director – Planning. Adam has moved back to Kinetic Singapore mid 2010 to take up a regional Asia Pacific role focused on driving tools, strategic research and insights .
Sanjay Pareek has a BSc Degree with a Masters in Management
Studies (Marketing) from Mumbai University. He has had a professional exposure
of over 20 years in the FMCG, Consumer Durable, Service, Infrastructure and
Consulting space, and has always challenged existing business models, creating
new and successful ones in highly complex and competitive environments. His
corporate culture exposure varies from Fortune 500 MNC’s with a matrix reporting
structure, to medium sized Indian companies. His expertise lies in leading
and building successful start-up businesses and managing and growing existing
business through acquisition and partnership with team sizes ranging from
10 to 1,000+ personnel.
Sanjay’s professional career started with GTC Industries where he launched
the ‘Roll your own Tobacco’ in a breakthrough packaging, introduced first
time in India. He later moved on to Blow Plast, where he was involved in launching
System Furniture and Ergonomic Seating with foreign partners. Sodexho was
the next stop where he was responsible for the launch of Sodexho Facilities
Management (FM) in India with the self-management concept. This model has
become the benchmark of quality and service in the Indian FM industry within
a short period of time. Sanjay, later joined Visionaire, a Canadian company’s
Indian Operations (Audio Visual System Integration company), working in Audio
Visual projects in the field of distance learning, National Networking Operation
centres, and high end Audio Visual facilities with cutting edge technology.
At Percept Out of Home, Sanjay added two more verticals to the existing business
of Outdoor viz. Retail and Rural, to offer a complete 360-degree solution
to clients in the OOH space.
Both the divisions in three years have achieved critical mass. He also enabled
these businesses with technology for better planning and monitoring to offer
better value to its customers across verticals. Today the 3 OOH verticals,
service clients across the sectors of Telecom, Entertainment, Consumer Durables,
Retail, Banking & Finance, Express Courier, Clothing & Textile, Jewellery,
Lifestyle and Agro-based products. Sanjay also indulges in photography, travelling
and writing during his leisure time. Sanjay Pareek is President, Percept Out

Pratap is the Chief Operating Officer of the DDB Mudra
Group & a member of the operating board. Pratap joined DDB Mudra from Ogilvy
& Mather in 2008, where he worked for 15 years in various capacities, and
went on to become their youngest CEO in 2006. He currently drives the vision
and growth strategy for the DDB Mudra Group comprising of 3 independent agencies
which are Mudra Advertising, DDB Mudra and DDB Mudra Max.
Pratap in his media capacity, is also the Chief Executive Officer of DDB Mudra
Max and is responsible for the 17 specialist units which come under the Mudra
Max Umbrella. Pratap is married with 2 children, and his ambition is to be
a wildlife game warden in the Masai Mara when he retires.
Rajan Mehta founded LiveMedia, India’s largest digital
destination media company, in July, 2006. The company has a national presence
and a current employee strength of over 100. Prior to launching LiveMedia,
Mehta had a very successful corporate career in the IT and telecom industries,
working across all major functions, including sales, marketing, business development,
engineering, project implementation and project management.
His last assignment was as Vice-President and Member of the Board of Directors
for India of Nortel Networks Inc.Earlier, in Nortel, Mehta held positions
as diverse as Executive Assistant to the President for Asia-Pacific and Director-Business
Development for India.Prior to joining Nortel Networks, Mehta worked for companies
such as Motorola, Ascom and Crompton Greaves,. Mehta is an alumnus of the
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi and the Punjab Engineering College,

Harjaap Singh Mann is the Founder and Managing Director
of Proof of Performance Data Services Pvt. Ltd. His responsibilities include
providing strategic direction and spearheading the overall functioning of
the company. Harjaap also plays an active role in business development.
Having founded Proof of Performance (PoP) in 2010, Harjaap submitted the venture
to The Economic Times Power of Ideas Initiative in 2010 and was selected among

Mr. Pramod Bhandula is the Managing Director of JCDecaux India. He has a strong experience of 35 years in the Out of Home segment. Prior to joining JCDecaux, he was working with Selvel Media Services India as the Chief Operating officer. He has been instrumental in making changes in the Out of Home Industry in the country. Under his dynamic & visionary leadership, JCDecaux launched the Indian subsidiary JCDecaux India.
Suresh Balakrishna is the CEO of Lintas Initiative. Suresh brings over two and a half decades of media experience to the table. He had started with The Times of India Group. His media agency experience was with Lowe Lintas’ Initiative Media, where he worked as EVP and GM till 2003. He then joined The Hindustan Times as VP - Media & Marketing. Mandeep, also called ‘Mandee’ heads Mudra MAX. Masters
in Business Advertising from Melbourne, Mandee has over 12 years of rich professional
experience in outdoor media. Prior to this appointment, he has worked with
Clear Channel India, Rediffusion DY&R, 141 Wall Street (the OOH arm of Bates
141), Asian Age, Pioneer and Total Media Melbourne. He has managed brands
such as Tata Indicom, Airtel, Reebok, Discovery, CNN IBN and Nokia among others.
He has won 4 One Show awards, 3 Pencil Awards and a few dozens at the Outdoor
Advertising Awards (OAA).

Vishakha Singh is the Executive Director of Aurora Comms
Pvt. Ltd. She co-founded the company just over two years back, and has already

Relations.
Nalin Kapoor, is the Senior General Manager and Group
Head-Marketing, of Hyundai Motor India Limited. In this role, he is responsible
for all aspects of strategic and tactical direction in business and marketing
strategy planning, advertising, digital marketing and public relations to
ensure marketing excellence and provide overall leadership.
Mr. Kapoor joined HMIL in February 2008. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kapoor
was instrumental in the progress of major players in the automobile industry
at leadership positions. He brings with him a rich expereince of the Indian
automobile industry and his career reflects immense experience in the areas
of marketing, sales, network management, product planning, strategy and business
planning.
Dinesh is basically a sales and marketing person with more than 25 years of Indian and Global experience. He has spent his time between consumer facing businesses in FMCG, Liquor and Automotive and in media. He has seen media, apart from a client's point of view being a client himself, with a lens of print, television and now OOH. He has been associated with companies like Unilever, Remy Cointreau and Nissan on the client side and ABP, Zee, Turner and TDI on the media side. He is fascinated by consumer behaviour and that is one lens that he tends to wear all the time. He is passionate about food and travelling. He was the part of the team that launched Taj Mahal Tea Bags (dip...dip...dip) and Nissan Sunny (Caaaaar) and also innovations in print like city supplements in Kolkata (Saltlake) and specific strategic packages in TDI for small enterprises. He has been a part of Ad Club in Kolkata, INS and IBF.
