Atul Sinha

With over 14 years of marketing experience, Atul is spearheading CaratLane’s marketing and retail initiatives. He graduated from IIM-Ahmedabad and joined Hindustan Unilever Limited from campus. At HUL, he worked in various roles within the sales and marketing function and was the Category Head for Oral Care, India, in his last role.

Inspired by its vision of democratising jewellery, Atul joined CaratLane in June 2015 to head marketing. He is passionate about building brands and delivering customer delight. He leads all branding, marketing and retail sales initiatives at CaratLane.

Atul is a long distance runner and loves reading, playing Scrabble or solving crosswords in his spare time.

Deepti Dang

With over 18 years of experience, Deepti is a passionate marketer; always challenging the status quo and looking beyond the obvious to drive marketing strategies that deliver strong business results. She has worked on brands like Nestle, Coke, Gillette, Reckitt & Coleman, Dabur and has spearheaded many successful campaigns.

In Hewlett & Packard she has done various roles within the sales and marketing function and led the Retail marketing in her last role. Currently as a marketing lead for printing systems, Deepti is seeking to change the way consumers perceive this category and also the way brand communicates with its consumers.

Her first passion being her work, in which she totally thrives …Deepti also enjoys reading & theater and loves exploring new places and is a keen observer of human behavior.

Jaskaran Singh

Jaskaran Singh is a part of Paytm, India's largest Mobile commerce company, as Vice President, Marketing. He’s a part of the team that has been responsible for making Paytm one of the most trusted household names in India, with over 170mn customers.
He is known to be a sound strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities & in- depth knowledge across domains of Marketing, Media, Innovation, Communication Development, Research & Activation.
He leverages 14+ years of work experience across Advertising & Marketing in categories ranging from BFSI, FMCG & Luxury.
Before Paytm, he was Vice President, Marketing & E-commerce at ICICI Prudential Life, India’s number 1 Private Life Insurance company, where he spearheaded all brand building initiatives & many successful marketing, business efforts. Most notable of which is the ‘Achche Bandeh’ campaign which was acknowledged amongst the best marketing initiatives in India. He also managed the companys' E-commerce business.
Jaskaran has also worked with premier advertising agencies such as Lowe Lintas & JWT. His experience here included large-scale brand building, re-positioning exercises, innovative activation projects with some of the world’s leading consumer brands including Unilever Godrej, Philips, De Beers, Standard Chartered Bank, Reliance etc He is a passionate long distance runner & a travel aficionado.
His operating motto—“if everything is under control, you are going too slow”—comes courtesy of legendary race car driver Mario Andretti.
