A fashion stylist and costume designer, Pernia Qureshi started her career with internships in New York at Elle, Harper's Bazaar, and Catherine Malandrino after graduating from George Washington University in Washington D.C in 2006. Ribhu mehra aka Dj ribz is no stranger to the world of music. He started his djing career at the tender age of 19. After having spent 3 years perfecting his skills as a Dj , Ribz got his first big break at Elevate , the club that put India’s nightlife on the world map (was ranked 35th best club in the world in yr 2007 ) , started off as a resident dj in 2006. Ribz had the pleasure of sharing the dj console with world renowned dj’s and performers . To name a few ; Paul van dyk , Sasha , John digweed , Ferry corsten , Infected mushroom , Skazi , Chamillionaire , MObb deep , Flipsyde . On the home front Ribz performed with superstars like Hard kaur , Jay sean , Atif aslam , Strings , RDB , Stereo Nation. After having spent 3 years at Elevate Ribz was chosen to host Aaj TAk’s ( India’s no. 1 hindi news channel ) weekly music chart show : Dard-e-Disco aired every Saturday night (2008-2009). Upon its conclusion Radio one 94.3 f.m an Indian radio channel chose him as their official Dj for their events which were hosted at the A-list clubs in delhi. At the same time Ribz was also performing as a guest Dj all over the country and abroad. In 2010 Radio one 94.3 f.m invited him to be the Host Dj for its Saturday night prime time show : Saturday night club nights with Dj Ribz propelling him onto astage that many of his hero’s share internationally including Pete Tong and Judge Jules. Over past 6 years Ribz has also been working as a producer of underground white label mixes. A lot of his mixes have won the plaudits of his peers and fans alike. Ribz has also Dj’ed at some of the countries most exclusive parties for Maxim , MTV , FHM , VOGUE ,BOLLYWOOD PREMIERS,NDTV’s Indian of the year awards etc. Ribz took over as the Head Resident DJ at Quantum – India ‘s 1st super club (2010 -2011). This diverse experience has taught her that despite their different roots, different musical traditions have more in common than they differ.
