Sunil Kataria
Sunil joined Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) in February 2011. He has the dual responsibility of heading the India Sales and Marketing as well as overseeing the business operations of the SAARC countries. He is leading the creation of a Future Ready Sales Organization in India, which aims at being among the best in the FMCG industry in its talent pool, business processes and leveraging technology. As the business head of the SAARC countries, Sunil is responsible for formulating our business strategy, building strong business teams and effective organizational processes and delivering profitable growth.
Nilanjan Mukherjee
Nilanjan joined ITC in September 2010 after spending over 19 years in the Sales & Marketing functions of Hindustan Unilever Limited and Reckitt Benckiser in India & Europe, among others. He has been Global Marketing Manager of Dettol and Marketing Director, Hungary during his stint at Reckitt Benckiser. Nilanjan's experience cuts across several categories ranging from Beverages, Soaps & Detergents to OTC Pharmaceuticals.
Rituraj Bhattacharya
Rituraj started his career with Bajaj Allianz as a Sales Manager in 2003. Thereafter, he went on to become the Branch Manager at Shillong, Regional Training Manager for North East and West Bengal. He has been the Head-Product Development for last four years and has brought in a focus, on customer-centric product development. Rituraj is now also heading Market Management, a function which besides marketing includes customer insights and product development with customer-centricity as its main focus.
Subhashis Basu
Subhashis is a core member of the 2 member Standing Committee for Marketing in Indian Chapter of International Dairy Federation (IDF). Basu has a successful track record of over two decades in directing operations both in Indian & international markets. He played an instrumental role in conceptualizing and setting strategic management of Profit Centers in Food & Beverage Sector. Basu was awarded with Pepsico President's Global Ring Of Honor 2009.
Shivakumar
Shivakumar or popularly known as Shiv in his circle, a Marketer and CEO has run over 34 brands in his career across Unilever, Philips and Nokia. Shiv is a growth manager, having grown every brand and geography he has managed through Innovation, new business models and eco system partnerships. Apart from being a good leader, Shiv is a true mentor and invests time and energy in growing people.
Shiv has many awards to his credit for Marketing, leadership and for turning around businesses. The one that’s dear to his heart is the “Most Distinguished Alumnus award” from his alma mater IIM Calcutta bestowed on him in 2011. He was one amongst nine to get the Most Distinguished Alumnus award in the first 50 years of IIM Calcutta. Shiv is an Independent Director on the Board of Godrej Consumer products Limited and is on the Board of Governors of IIM Ahmedabad.
