Entry Guidelines

• The submission of the Entry form assumes that you have carefully read the enba 2012 Rules and Regulations and have agreed to abide by them.
• The entry form for enba 2012 is available online and must only be entered online. Please upload the video on YouTube Channel (length should be minimum of 2 minutes and should not exceed more than 5 minutes) and copy the URL in the entry form.
• Please attach a short background note about the entry being submitted ( not more 500 words)
  
  
• However, you are required to take a printout of the acknowledgement email that you receive and submit it along with the copy of DVDs and the entry fee.
• These are the criteria on the basis of which the jury shall make their selection
  
  
  • Originality- The information is presented in a unique, skillful and imaginative way, with a distinctive approach or angle.
  • Presentation-engaging; nature and quality of visual material; story structure;
  • Clarity -The purpose of the reportage is clear (e.g. increased awareness, change in perception or attitudes, call-to-action) and the significance of the subject matter for the viewer is apparent..
  • Analysis-The depth and quality of the research, consultation process, analysis, and presentation of the information.
  • Context-The story is pertinent, timely, accurate, and helps address a current issue or opportunity facing or affecting viewers at large at the time
  
  
  
• Entry form is to be accompanied by 2 copies of DVDs and the entry fee.
• Entries are invited in English only. However, all Indian language news broadcasters can apply for it.
• If the broadcast is in language other than Hindi/English, submission of transcripts or subtitling the video is mandatory.
• Please be careful while filling out the Entry form as any incorrect and incomplete submission will work against your entry at the time of judging. Also please be sure to provide absolutely clear and correct information in the forms, as the same would be used in our edit pieces, on the trophies and in any sort of promotions.
• Each entry must be certified by the Editor-in-Chief/CEO/Authorized Signatory. The backgrounder note submitted along with the form should also bear the company seal.
• Entrants can submit unlimited entries in all categories. But a separate entry fee will be charged for every entry.
• All forms must be filled in English
• To be eligible for enba 2012, the entry should have aired between 0000 hrs, April 1, 2011 and 1159 hrs, March 31, 2012.
• The entry may be submitted by an individual or an organization.
• For Young Professional of the Year 2012 (Editorial & Business), a photocopy of proof of date of birth must be attached to the printout of the acknowledgment mail. The proof can be in the form of Driving License, Passport, Election ID Card, PAN Card or Class 10 passing certificate clearly displaying the date of birth. In the absence of all of the above certificates, a certification from the employer on the letterhead is fine.
• Please provide a soft copy of a clear recent photograph (high resolution) of the entrant for each submission in the Personality Awards category.
• Please provide a soft copy of high resolution EPS/PDF file of the company logo.
• Entries should be sent on DVDs only. No beta tapes or DV tapes will be accepted. We need 2 copies of the same DVD.
• Each entry should be on a separate DVD.
• Each DVD must be clearly labeled with the Category Name and Number and Name of the Individual, and the Contact Name and Mobile Number of the person to be contacted (in block letters), in case of a technical hitch.
• All entries must be submitted by 5 pm July 30th 2012.
• Please make your submission concise but provide enough relevant background information to enable the judges to make an informed choice.
• From the selected shortlist under each category, judges will select a Gold winner for every category.
• The Jury decision will be final. In the event of a conflict of interest, the concerned jury member will abstain from judging the category.
• At no stage of judging will anybody from exchange4media express their opinion
• Entries will not be returned to the sender.

• No entry should be sent for the following category: Lifetime Achievement Award

Payments

• A non-refundable fee of Rs.5000 will be charged per entry
• All payments to be made via Cheque/DD, drawn in favour of 'Adsert Web Solutions Pvt Ltd'
• Cheques/DD to be sent to the address mentioned below
• Entries will only be accepted after the realization of cheque(s)
• Discounts offered on multiple entries as per below:
1. 6 to 10 entries- 10%
2. 11 to 20 entries- 15%
3. 21 to 30 entries- 20%
4. More than 31 entries- 25%
