A.1 Agency Network of the Year

The Network that has seen growth in mainline agencies and its diversified services offering clients the best of services, across its offices and across its operating agencies. Judges will also take into account how the network has played a positive role in the advancement and reputation of the industry during the review period including examples of work, tools and initiative that lead the industry.

Judging Criteria
Summary of Performance Provide summary of how the network has performed during the assessment period, in 250 words or less, preferably in maximum of 10 bullet points. Judges will look for a comparative analysis of achievements in FY 15-16 VS FY 14-15. Also provide billing numbers estimate for the top clients handled by the Network. [10%]
New Business Wins/ Business Development Provide information about new accounts won across the network for each agency along with date. Highlight key Wins. Mention approximate/ballpark spend done through the agency in the year of consideration along with spend estimates for the entire year (in case of account one midyear). Also mention scope of work like planning only, buying only etc. along with media covered whether TV, Radio, Digital, OOH, Social Media etc. [25%]
Client Retention Judges will look for information about clients retained across the network for each agency. Highlight the key clients, unique and interesting work done for each of those clients, along with information on work areas covered for each of those clients and estimated spends. [25%]
Volume of Media Handled Provide media wise volume handled by the respective agencies of the network. Number of spots/ digital impressions/ ad insertions/ number of channels used in a year etc. of significant campaigns during the assessment period should be highlighted. [10%]
Accolades Won Provide information on number of awards won by the agencies in network. Highlight advertising club of Mumbai wins and e4m awards. [15%]
Innovation Mention details of innovative campaigns done by any of the agencies in the network or by the network company itself either for any specific client or to improve processes and workflow within the company. Highlight the key ones at the top. [15%]

A.2 News 18 Network - Agency of the Year

The category calls for nomination from agencies (billing above Rs. 250 crore) that delivered the best media solutions for its clients. The agency should have also exhibited strength in retaining clients and growing new businesses. Judges will also take into account how the agency has played a positive role in the advancement and reputation of the industry during the review period including examples of work, tools and initiative that lead the industry.

Judging Criteria

Judges will also take into consideration strength exhibited in retaining clients and growing new businesses. Examples of work, promotions or interactive initiatives should be shared.

Judging Criteria
Summary of Performance Provide summary of innovative work done by the agency during the assessment period, in 250 words or less, preferably in maximum of 10 bullet points. Judges will look for key innovative achievements in FY 15-16. [10%]
Innovations (Internal /External) Mention details of interesting innovations done by the agency for any specific client or to improve processes and workflow within the company. Highlight the key ones at the top. Client testimonials and references should also be included. [50%]
New Business Wins/ Business Development Provide information about new accounts won across the agency along with date. Highlight key Wins. Mention approximate/ballpark spend done through the agency in the year of consideration along with spend estimates for the entire year (in case of account one midyear). Judges will also take into account how the regional agency has played a positive role in the advancement and reputation of the industry during the review period including examples of work, tools and initiative that lead the industry.

The agency (billing below Rs. 250 crore) that delivered the best media solutions for its clients. It also exhibited strength in retaining clients and growing new businesses. The agencies that are not majority owned by a holding company or a network are eligible for this category.

Judging Criteria

Judges will look for a comparative analysis of achievements in FY 15-16 VS FY 14-15. Also provide billing numbers estimate for the top clients handled by the agency. [10%]
