Ajay Dang
Head – Marketing GCPL India

He is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad). Ajay joined GCPL in June, 2013 and leads the Household insecticide business & Media. He is responsible for formulating the business strategy, new product pipeline and delivering profitable growth on the portfolio.
Ajay has 20 years of work experience in sales, marketing and business assignments with a diverse set of challenges and business drivers. He has had rich exposure across sectors from FMCG, Consumer Finance to Media. He has worked with Nestle, Colgate Palmolive, Godrej Saralee, General Electric and HT Media before joining Godrej.
This is Ajay's second stint with Godrej and the Household insecticide category. In his past stints he has been part of General Electric's premier global sales & marketing leadership cadre. He also led Hindustan Times Mumbai's rapid readership growth, and business turnaround through ground breaking initiatives like No TV Day.
Ajay has a proven record of delivering strong business results in tough competitive markets through strategic thinking, strong execution focus and innovation.
Ajay's hobbies are reading (history in particular), Podcasts and Trekking.

K A Bobby is an alumni of MIT Sloan, IIM Bangalore and Jamnalal Bajaj. He has a diverse career path that spans multiple industries and has worked with clients from varied geographies. Rich experience in brand management and account planning covering FMCG, Banking Services, Finance & Insurance, Logistics, Infrastructure, Media, Publishing, and Beverages.

K A Bobby joined Taj in October 1999. He has achieved several milestones during these years ranging from: the Centenary Celebration (100 years of Taj), Rebranding of Luxury Hotels, launch of International Properties: New York, Boston, San Francisco, Maldives, Seychelles, Sydney etc… and 20+ hotels across India – the first being in Jodhpur and Goa. He has also played a key role on the rebranding exercise and launch of Gateway and Vivanta brands. As Taj is part of EIS, K A Bobby has worked on the Incredible India commercials to position India globally.

He has won over 20 international / national awards across field in Strategic Marketing, Media Innovation, Creative Campaigns, Print, Production, Stall designs, Mobile App etc... Awards include a Cannes (the first media innovation award for print), a Das Goldene Stadttor (The Golden Gate Award) @ ITB Berlin, 3 Magellan Awards – Gold, New York; PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Awards) Gold Award in the Marketing – Hospitality category, Tata Award for Business Excellence etc..

Gunjan Soni
CMO & Head - International Brands Business, Myntra

Gunjan Soni is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head, International Brands Business at Myntra. She brings with her over twelve years of diverse experience in strategy, operations and marketing with a passion for advanced big data analytics. Under Gunjan's leadership, Myntra has seen some of its biggest brand campaigns like Try Myntra, and End of Reason Sale (EORS) – recognized as the biggest fashion sale property in India. In her previous role as Executive Vice President for Strategy and CEO Office, with Star India, she worked on new initiatives in Content, Sports and Digital.

Prior to joining Star India, Gunjan was a Partner at McKinsey and worked across multiple consumer sectors and geographies, including India, UK, Singapore and Bhutan. She is credited for starting McKinsey's Scientific Marketing practice for India.

Gunjan was also awarded as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising in 2016 by IMPACT, an Exchange4media Group. She is also on the advisory board for CMO Asia.

Harpreet Singh Tibb

Harpreet Singh Tibb,is the Marketing Director, Kellogg India & South Asia since Jan 2013. He is a Mechanical Engineer from BITS Pilani and joined HUL from IIM Calcutta in 1997. During his career at HUL, Harpreet held various positions in Sales, Marketing and General Management. He has led complex businesses, managing several categories simultaneously,with both topline and bottomline responsibility. He has a rich understanding of the Indian consumer and the different levers that influence the marketplace, having worked across different businesses in India and South Asia. Harpreet was responsible for creating the largest handwash behavior change program Lifebuoy Swasthya Chetna in India that touched the lives of close to 100 million people. Using simple consumer insights he created the disruptive campaign Kissanpur, that has won many awards at Indian and International forums including the Festival of Media awards.He is passionate about sustainability and believes in "doing well by doing good for the communities we serve". Harpreet states: "I am driven by passion - not afraid to take risks!" He is a true foodie and loves to experiment with different kinds of food. In his free time, he loves watching movies, playing cricket and travelling to exotic locales.

Mr. Sanjay Tripathy is the Senior Executive Vice President-Marketing, Analytics, Digital and E-Commerce, and member of the Executive management Committee at HDFC Life. His core responsibilities comprise Marketing, Brand Planning, E-Commerce, Digital Strategy, Customer Insights, Analytics, and Corporate Communication.
Sanjay is credited for establishing HDFC Life as a strong and distinct brand in the insurance category through 'Self Respect,' the core brand proposition. The brand re-launch in FY2010-11 has helped reposition HDFC Life as a contemporary and dynamic brand. He is also credited for establishing two best-in-class sales channels (E-Commerce & Direct) in the industry. He has been instrumental in designing innovative products in the industry including HDFC Life Cancer Care, India's first comprehensive cancer care plan, and Click2Protect Plus, the highest selling online term plan. At Reliance Communications, he was instrumental in launching the Dhirubhai Ambani entrepreneur programme and the Reliance IndiaCall (international calling card) in USA, Canada and UK.
Sanjay has been honoured with the 'Marketer of the Year award' for two years in a row in the Insurance category by the International Advertising Association (IAA) in their flagship Leadership Awards in 2014 and in 2015. He has featured in Campaign India's 'The A list' of most influential people in Media, Marketing and Advertising for 5 continuous years, apart from winning several other awards and accolades. He is a management graduate from IRMA and is the Vice Chairman at Media Research Users Council (MRUC), an Advisory Board member at DMAi (Direct Marketing Association - India) and iMedia.
