P.1 Hallmark Award of the Year

The award aims to recognise the CEO/Chairperson/Head of the Network of agencies who have contributed to grow their company, and the industry at large. Judges will consider the individual’s achievements during the eligibility period including achievements against objectives size of operation, new business wins, client retention, personal involvement in staff development initiatives, innovation with results, agency/network development and contribution to the organization as a whole.

Judging Criteria
New Business Wins / Business Development (Details on New or Existing Business Growth of the Network. i.e. organic and inorganic growth) Provide information about new accounts won across the agency/network along with date. Highlight key Wins. Mention approximate/ ballpark spend done through the agency in the year of consideration along with spend estimate for the entire year (in case of account one midyear). Also mention scope of work like planning only, buying only etc. Along with media covered whether TV, Radio, Digital, OOH, Social Media etc. [20%]
People Retention Provide information about talent acquisition, retention of key people, employee morale & training initiatives. [10%]
Client Retention Judges will look for information about clients retained for the network. Highlight the key clients, unique and interesting work done for each of those clients, along with information on work areas covered for each of those clients and estimated spends. [15%]
Volume of Media Handled Provide media wise volume handled by the agency network. Number of spots/ digital impressions/ ad insertions/ number of channels used in a year etc. of significant campaigns during the assessment period should be mentioned. [10%]
Increase in Volume of Media Handled Judges will look for a brief note on the increase in existing volume from previous year’s volume. [10%]
New Initiatives & Innovations (Internal/External) Mention new initiatives that made a visible difference to the industry both internal as well as for the client. Client testimonials and references also to be included. [10%]
Thought Leadership The Individual could be on industry boards, have regular published articles and influence the industry etc. Some major articles should be highlighted. [15%]
Awards & Accolades Won (Individual + Network + Agency) Awards & Accolades won by the individual as well as the network agency. [10%]

P.2 Agency CEO of the Year

The award aims to recognise the head of an operating company/agency for the individual’s contribution in growing the agency. The individual could be the CEO/Head of an agency.

Judging Criteria
New Business Wins (Business Development) New or Existing Business Growth of the Agency (organic and inorganic growth). Highlight key Wins. Mention approximate/ ballpark volume of new business. [20%]
People Retention Provide information about talent acquisition, retention of key people, employee morale & training initiatives. [15%]
Client Retention The kind of clients lost or the kind of clients won- Impact on the existing business. [15%]
Volume of Media Handled Provide media wise volume handled by the agency. Number of spots/ digital impressions/ ad insertions/ number of channels used in a year etc. of significant campaigns during the assessment period should be highlighted. [10%]
Increase in Volume of Media Handled Mention approximate/ballpark volume of business based on the increase in existing volume from the previous years’ volume. [10%]
New initiatives & Innovations (External/Internal) Mention new initiatives that made a visible difference to the industry both internal as well as for the client. Client testimonials and references also to be included. [10%]

P.3 Business head of the Year

The individual should be responsible for the P&L of the division / organisation. The professional should be reporting to the CEO of the organisation. This can include the COO of the agency.

Judging Criteria
New Business Wins (Business Development) New or Existing Business Growth of the Agency (organic and inorganic growth). Highlight key Wins. Mention approximate/ ballpark volume of new business. [20%]
People Retention Provide information about talent acquisition, retention of key people, employee morale & training initiatives. [10%]
Client Retention The kind of clients lost or the kind of clients won- Impact on the existing business should be shared. [15%]

P.4 Client Lead of the Year

The individual who has made the biggest impact on their clients business and their agency, by using media domains innovatively and effectively. The professional should be ranked lower to business head but should be leading an Account.

Judging Criteria
Volume of Media in the Year Provide media wise volume handled by the agency. Number of spots/ digital impressions/ ad insertions/ number of channels used in a year etc. of significant campaigns during the assessment period should be highlighted. [15%]
Increase Volume of Media Handled Based on the increase in existing volume from previous years volume. [30%]
New Innovations (qualitatively Client Satisfied) Any individual who made the most impact at his/her client business in the year, whether it was by creating new innovating campaign for the client, or doing some ground breaking work that benefitted the client business. Client testimonials and references also to be included. [30%]
Awards & Accolades Won (Individual/ Agency) Awards & Accolades won by the individual as part of the agency should be shared. [25%]

P.5 Rising Star of the Year

Open to professionals who are under the age of 30 as of March 31, 2016. Nominations are accepted from employers, who should include details of the nominee’s career history, their exact age & professional qualification. Judges will consider individual’s achievement, creativity, innovation, body of work, communication skills, industry recognition as well as the nominee’s ability & willingness to extend their range of skills through the eligibility period.

Judging Criteria
New Innovations (Qualitatively Client Satisfied) Any individual who made the most impact on his/her client business in the year, whether it was by creating an innovative campaign for the client, or doing some ground breaking work that benefitted the clients business. Ability of an individual to innovate with result will be judged. [25%]
Body of Work Details about the significant work done by the nominee within the time frame should be shared. [25%]
Communication Skills Leading a Team or convincing a senior will be judged. Mention how you have been able to convey the idea and the change that the idea brought in. [25%]
Industry Recognition Awards, Recommendation letters and such should be shared. [25%]
