We endeavor to set specific and objective guidelines and measures in evaluating the marketing performance. This performance would be judged by a jury comprising eminent professionals from the industry. The jury's decision will be final, binding and non-challengeable.
We do hereby disclaim any or all responsibility, liability of any kind either expressed or implied or statutory, for any direct, punitive, special, consequential, incident or our indirect loss/damages, in connection with carrying out Youth Marketing Awards, without limiting liability for any act, error, omission, loss, or irregularity, which may be incurred through any fault, negligent or otherwise, exonerating Adsert Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., from any liability with respect to the same.
In no event, shall Adsert Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and/or its related partners or directors, agents or employees thereof shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of data, reputation or profits arising out of or in any way connected with the positing of information for Youth Marketing Awards or for any decision made or action taken in relation with the said awards or for any loss or damage caused by errors or omissions, whether such errors or omissions resulted from negligence, accident or any other cause. Further, no person or entity shall have any right to challenge the evaluation/short listing procedure for the Youth Marketing Awards.
