Ruchira Jaitly is currently the Category Director – Flavors at PepsiCo India. She has been working for PepsiCo for over 9 years. She has also worked on global brands like Lay’s and Cheetos as Category Director for Western Snacks till August 2011.

Dev joined Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL) in 2005 (then Domino’s Pizza India Ltd) as Senior Vice President Marketing & NPD - Domino’s Pizza. In mid-2011, Dev was promoted as President & COO, of the new division of JFL, i.e. Dunkin’ Donuts India. Before JFL, Dev has worked Cadbury and Whirlpool India in key roles in marketing and sales.

As the founder President of Dunkin India, Dev leads the development of the Dunkin’ Donuts business, delivery of P&L and building a winning organization that delivers enduring value.

Before Dunkin’, Dev had an extremely successful stint at Domino’s Pizza. During his 6 year stint he led several new initiatives including development of the positioning of “Khushiyon Ki Home delivery”. Dev was responsible for the launch of several new products, many of which have gone on to achieve an iconic status, namely, The Cheese Burst Pizza, Choco-Lava Cake, Domino’s Pasta, Calzone, and the breakthrough “Pizza Mania”. The Pizza Mania range of Pizza’s launched in 2007 at Rs 35/- per pizza changed the Pizza Category for ever in India, by making it available to a very large set of consumers across new demographics as well as tier 3 towns.

Pernia Qureshi
fashion stylist and costume designer

A fashion stylist and costume designer, Pernia Qureshi started her career with internships in New York at Elle, Harper's Bazaar, and Catherine Malandrino after graduating from George Washington University in Washington D.C in 2006. Following her internships, Pernia worked as an assistant stylist in New York for Ann Caruso, a Contributing Editor at Harper's Bazaar. She continued on her fashion journey by doing some freelance work with Conde Nast in New York, before moving back to New Delhi in 2008.

Having worked as one of the consultants with the launching team of Harpers Bazaar lndia, Pernia then moved on to working independently with India’s foremost fashion designers such as JJ Valaya and Tarun Tahiliani - on their campaigns, look books, and fashion shows.

Pernia stepped into the role of costume designer in 2010, when she styled the film, Aisha and received rave reviews for her fresh take on fashion styling and solidified Pernia's role as one of Bollywood's top fashion stylists.

Since then, Pernia has contributed her stylish inputs in various publications, but has focusing on creating and curating India's first true fashion website, www.perniaspopupshop.com.  Following its success of the e-commerce site as one of country’s top Fashion Portals, Pernia Qureshi has penned down what she’s best at in her first fashion style guide ‘Be Stylish with Pernia Qureshi’ (published by Random House India)

Papa CJ

Born the son of a tea planter in India, Papa CJ spent his childhood at a boarding school in the Himalayas before going on to complete an MBA at the University of Oxford. Five years into a successful corporate career in London, he threw it all in to become a stand-up comedian. Now recognised by Forbes Magazine as the global face of cutting-edge Indian stand-up comedy and one of Asia’s leading comedians, Papa CJ has gone on to tour sell-out shows across four continents. In 2008, he represented India on NBC’s TV Show Last Comic Standing where, from amongst the thousands of global comedians who took part, he was placed in the top ten. He was also the first Indian comedian ever to be invited to perform at the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Canada in 2008 and has regularly performed at the Edinburgh Fringe. Papa CJ has been instrumental in creating and growing the live English language stand-up comedy circuit in India. This Post Graduate from NID, won the BEST STUDENT DESIGNER AWARD and followed it by winning the PRIDE OF NID. After creating waves on the Indian Emerging Designers scene, Rahul went on to be the first Non – European Designer to win the prestigious Scholarship at the Istituto Marangoni, Milan.
Much rewarded and awarded, Rahul was described as ‘the talent to watch out for’ by French Fashion Doyen Didier Grumbach. For the year 2009, he was voted as MTV YOUTH ICON for year 2009, further for the same year he went on winning the INTERNATIONAL DESIGNER OF THE YEAR award at the IAF (International Apparel Federation) annual convention held in Netherlands. For the same year, he was featured in the list of top 20 young Indians who would shape India's future for VISION-INDIA 2020.
In 2010, he was amongst top 9 International Artists invited by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University to be a part of the prestigious landmark exhibition titled “Transformation: Material | Magic | Memory”.
            In 2011, a documentary film on Handlooms of India, made for NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL profiled his philosophy and work. This film was made in collaboration with UNESCO & Ministry of Textiles, India.
Continuing with his commitment for the craft sector, he collaborated with Taj Group of Hotels to uplift IKAT weavers from Pochampally and presented his exclusive IKAT Collection at the iconic Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad and Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Currently, He is working closely with different State Governments and Ministry of Textile, Govt. of India.
He is also a part of committee for revisiting/introducing new curriculum used in Fashion/ Design education for ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India.
For the year 2012, Cotton Council International named him “BEST WOMENSWEAR DESIGNER.” For the same year, he was invited by British Council to showcase at Art Festival “ALCHEMY” held at Southbank Center, London and was also nominated for prestigious “INTERNATIONAL WOOLMOARK PRIZE”  
Recently, He has been also featured in ‘the Power List of 25 most influencing Indians’ by ELLE Magazine and Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A), London has permanently acquired some of his most exquisite hand crafted Designs for the prestigious Design Exhibition.

Ribhu mehra

Ribhu mehra aka Dj ribz is no stranger to the world of music. He started his djing career at the tender age of 19. After having spent 3 years perfecting his skills as a Dj , Ribz got his first big break at Elevate , the club that put India’s nightlife on the world map (was ranked 35th best club in the world in yr 2007 ) , started off as a resident dj in 2006. Ribz had the pleasure of sharing the dj console with world renowned dj’s and performers . To name a few ; Paul van dyk , Sasha , John digweed , Ferry corsten , Infected mushroom , Skazi , Chamillionaire , MObb deep , Flipsyde . On the home front Ribz performed with superstars like Hard kaur , Jay sean , Atif aslam , Strings , RDB , Stereo Nation. After having spent 3 years at Elevate Ribz was chosen to host Aaj TAk’s ( India’s no. 1 hindi news channel ) weekly music chart show : Dard-e-Disco aired every Saturday night (2008-2009). Upon its conclusion Radio one 94.3 f.m an Indian radio channel chose him as their official Dj for their events which were hosted at the A-list clubs in delhi. At the same time Ribz was also performing as a guest Dj all over the country and abroad. In 2010 Radio one 94.3 f.m invited him to be the Host Dj for its Saturday night prime time show : Saturday night club nights with Dj Ribz propelling him onto astage that many of his hero’s share internationally including Pete Tong and Judge Jules. Over past 6 years Ribz has also been working as a producer of underground white label mixes. A lot of his mixes have won the plaudits of his peers and fans alike. Ribz has also Dj’ed at some of the countries most exclusive parties for Maxim , MTV , FHM , VOGUE ,BOLLYWOOD PREMIERS,NDTV’s Indian of the year awards etc. Ribz took over as the Head Resident DJ at Quantum – India ‘s 1st super club (2010 -2011). During this time he did the opening and closing sets for international legends like Armin Van Buuren ( world no.1) , Above and Beyond (world no.5) , Gareth Emery (world no.7) , Markus Schulz (world no. 8) . Ribz also had the unique opportunity of being the official DJ for the Common Wealth Games Village nightclub which was operational at the Games Village during the length of CWG 2010. 2013-2014 is shaping up to be a really good year for Ribz as his underground mixes are being appreciated and he has been performing at the various A-list clubs of India and at the same time is ready to release his single (genre-edm).

Rajiv Mehta

A foodie at heart, an engineer by profession and a retailer by passion – meet Rajiv Mehta, the young and multi-faceted Managing Director of PUMA India.  A chemical engineer from ICT in Mumbai, Rajiv then completed his MS at the University of Pennsylvania. He worked for three years at BOC in New Jersey where he was responsible for driving research, design and development, before the academic bug hit once more – resulting in an MBA from the prestigious INSEAD University in Singapore. Upon graduating, Rajiv was identified by the global sport lifestyle brand PUMA to head their Indian operations at the young age of 27.

After completing her Honours Degree in Applied Anthropology (With Honours) from the University of Pretoria, Hanneli went on to begin her career in the hotel industry before moving to sales and marketing.
