Anuj Kumar was among the first to join the Affle founding team beginning 2006, while the company was in early stages of inception. Having worked with large companies in the areas of marketing, advertising and technology prior, he took the plunge to become a co-founder at Affle as he was supremely excited by the business model & significant untapped opportunities in the digital ad platforms business.
Anuj has played a pivotal role in building & growing Affle. He forged important partnerships, integral to Affle’s business, thus helping to make Affle a leading Mobile Audience as a service (MAAS) company. Over the last eight years under his leadership, his team has worked with several top marketers in Asia to help deliver end-to-end mobile advertising solutions through Affle’s products and platforms.
At an industry level, Anuj has played a key role in growing the mobile advertising industry by actively training, coaching and evangelizing the medium and adoption of latest ad technologies. He has been an active proponent of the blended 'Science' & 'Art' approach to make digital advertising more engaging, impactful and ROI driven. Anuj has been a regular speaker at leading industry events across Asia.
Prior to co-founding Affle, Anuj worked with large global media companies like ESPN STAR Sports, GroupM Mindshare and JWT. Anuj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from India's top ranked institute, St. Stephen's College and a Masters in Advertising & Communication from Asia’s premier communication school, MICA.

Ronita Mitra comes with 21 years of experience across industries. While a large part of her career was in the FMCG industry, she has also worked in Financial servives and telecom giving her experience across FMCG and the service sector.
Her experience includes launch and re-launch of brands across categories and industries.
While she has worked in FMCG organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Bestfoods, Marico and Castrol, she has also worked at ICICI Bank. She is currently the head of Brand and Consumer Insights at Vodafone India.
Some of the most noteworthy work she has done are the relaunch of Knorr Soups, relaunch of the Castrol masterbrand where India was the first go live country globally and the development of the brand identity “khayaal aapka” for ICICI Bank post the crisis that hit the bank in 2008.
Her interests, apart from strengthening businesses by leveraging brand power, include travel, collecting furniture and wine.

Sameer Satpathy leads the Marketing Function globally for Marico. Sameer joined Marico in 2002 and has since held several leadership positions at Marico, the most recent being Business Head – Marico India. He has more than 19 years' experience in marketing, innovation, sales & operations, building brands and market leadership, across key categories such as haircare, skincare, foods, paints and fabric care. He is a specialist in brand communication, new product development developing brand propositions and best-in-class advertising.
Sameer holds an MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and a Bachelor of Commerce from Hansraj College University of Delhi. He has also studied Consumer Marketing Strategy at Harvard Business School and Global Program for Management Development at University of Michigan.
