Before YRF, Manan was the Head of Business (India) & Senior Vice President at Razorfish – where his mandate was to partner client teams in their business transformation journey. Prior to Razorfish, he has extensive experience in agencies - as a managing partner & founding member of India’s most celebrated creative agency: Taproot; and with Leo Burnett India in multiple capacities.

Pallavi has 15 years of leadership experience in the field of marketing and E-Business in India and across Asia. She currently heads Marketing for the world's largest bus ticketing platform redBus.in.

She has worked for several eminent brands like ING, Samsung and Nike in areas such as Brand Marketing, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Development, Demand Generation, and so on.

Before joining redBus in Bangalore, Pallavi was involved in launching New York based chiefofstaff.com LLC as co-founder. Prior to that she headed digital marketing strategy at Starcom MediaVest responsible for clients in South & North Asia. She spent half a decade at the ING Group in Hong Kong and India. As the Regional Manager for E-Business ING Asia/Pacific based in Hong Kong, Pallavi spearheaded ING's E-Business and interactive marketing activities for 12 countries in the region. In ING’s India office, Pallavi had established the interactive marketing function at ING Life in India from scratch. Her responsibilities included driving online sales, lead generation, online advertising, digital branding etc. In 2005, she received funding of 20000 Euros after winning a global entrepreneurship award at ING to roll out a unique blogging based lead generation platform for advisors and was profiled extensively in the press.

Prabhakar Tiwari is currently mentoring few startups in technology and media space. Earlier he was the Chief Marketing Officer at PayU Payments Limited responsible for PayUmoney, PayUbiz and PayUprime divisions focused on B2C & B2B business marketing projects.

His recent campaign #FaydeKiAadat was a unique and meaningful take on E-commerce Brand Building. Further, #FaydeKiDiwali Social Media Campaign was declared among top 5 festive campaigns by Twitter Festive Consumer Index. Currently Google is in the process of publishing a digital case study of #FaydeKiAadat campaign to showcase the unique approach and brilliant results.

Prior to this, Prabhakar worked as GM – Marketing for Passenger, Brand & Shoppe portfolio in CEAT Ltd. CEAT campaigns have won many awards including Effies, Emvies, Abby’s under his leadership. His most notable business building campaigns were ‘Monsoon Smart’ on Bike tyres and 'Nimbu Mirchi’ on SUV tyres with CEAT.

He started his sales and marketing career with classical FMCG setup of Marico Ltd, where he held different positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales functions for 5 years. He established key practices like Digital Marketing & CRM across a portfolio of 14 international fashion brands. He was also responsible for Consumer insights across the portfolio & launched 3 brands in India – Brooks Brothers, Thomas Pink & Superdry.
He joined Reliance from Kaya Skin Clinic. He used to Head Marketing, communication & innovation for the brand Kaya globally. He relaunched the brand Kaya & gave it a new retail identity; launched a robust CRM & Loyalty program for the brand and also set up the Digital Marketing function that turned into a significant revenue generator.
He moved to Kaya from Marico Ltd. in February 2009 where he was the category head for the Hair Oils portfolio with a P&L responsibility for brands like Hair & Care, Silk and Shine, Shanti Badam Amla and Nihar.
