SUBMISSION CHECKLIST
Preparing an Entry for THE MADDIES, A Step-by-Step Guide:
Take a close look at the Criteria, which includes eligibility requirements and judging criteria for each category. Think about how your campaign excels in the following areas: innovation, concept, execution and results.
Gather your case studies, videos and creative supporting documents to support your entry. Also, make sure to change the settings to ‘public/ anyone with the link’, if submitted through Google Drive.
All the entries submitted online should be accompanied with a declaration from the client certifying their work. If an entry is submitted for your own/ self brand then the declaration must be signed by the Marketing head.
Please make sure all campaign, client, agency names and contact details provided are accurate; we will use this for all our communication materials if your entry wins/shortlisted.

Correct option to be checked for Company activity.
Create your login account for submission of entries; you can begin the entry form and return anytime to complete prior to submitting.
To be eligible the work of the entrant must have been used/ deployed between 0000 hours between July 1st, 2015 and 11.59 hours June 30th 2016.
Important information regarding ‘Hall of Fame Awards’:
The winners under ‘Mobile Marketer of the Year’ and ‘Agency of the Year’ will be decided based on the scores accrued through winning under the other 3 major categories A.Marketing Strategy, B.Channel/ Media Strategy and C.Enabling Technologies (Click Here to view award categories)
‘Mobile Person of the Year’ & ‘Young Agency of the Year’ will be decided on the basis of the entries submitted and jury recommendations. Please make sure that photo /logo are provided along with submission.
Top 5 finalists of sub-categories C.1 (Innovation) and D.1 (Young Agency of the Year) will get a chance to come and make a presentation in front of the jury during the judging day i.e. on 10th June 2016, Mumbai
Entries without the fees & declaration letter will not be considered for nomination. Each entry once submitted must accompany the fees.
Delegate registration is independent of submission of entries.

The e4m IDMA 2016 assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the work or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. Sending entries doesn’t guarantee awards. Each and every entry goes through two levels of judging process and winners are chosen on the basis of content submitted.
The exchange4media Group is a mere custodian of The Maddies. The e4m Group team will neither be a part of the jury nor influence the decision making of the Jury in any manner.
